I earned my Bachelor of Science in Public Health & Biology from the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health, where I concentrated in food microbiology and antibiotic resistance. I am currently completing my Master of Science at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Molecular Microbiology & Immunology.

My work has spanned biotech protein development, community biology and immunology research, independent food production, and community farming. Alongside my scientific training, I’ve spent over 10 years working in restaurants and as a barista in Boston, New York City, and Washington D.C. Those years in hospitality shaped my understanding of flavor, systems, and the social power of food and drink.

Before building Summercraft, I worked across granola production, coffee, service industries, and early-stage biotech; experiences that taught me how to move.
